Setting the course at the eTeach retreat

Setting the course for 2025 - priorities and changes

In the special atmosphere of the Augustinian monastery, we held intensive discussions and set the course for this year. The focus was on planning for 2025, from large formats such as the annual conference to the many essential details of our courses and work in the fields of digital testing, artificial intelligence, Moodle & Co. and future skills.

Another key topic was the ongoing restructuring of the office. It will take some time for all processes to settle in, but the close exchange with the academic management gives us a clear direction. In future, more intensive communication with the Strategy Council through a representative of the contact points will be particularly important.
Many thanks to everyone involved - especially the academic management - for their valuable input and constructive cooperation!

In addition to the strategic discussions, there was also plenty of time for socializing: at the evening get-together in the historic monastery cellar, there was room for exchange and team building in a relaxed atmosphere. We were also able to welcome a new colleague, Amrita Mondal - as the contact point for the University of Erfurt - to the eTeach network.

With a strong tailwind and a clear focus, we are motivated to take the next steps.
