Why networking is crucial for university teaching
Exchanging ideas with colleagues is a key driver for the further development of your own teaching. Especially in the context of digital transformation, in which teaching, learning and examination formats are constantly evolving, this exchange is becoming increasingly important. University lecturers benefit from sharing experiences, gaining insights into other teaching contexts and learning about new didactic approaches.
Networking enables not only inspiration, but also concrete further development: challenges can be reflected on together, solutions discussed and innovative ideas developed further. This creates impulses that flow directly into your own teaching practice and contribute to quality development in the long term.
In order to promote this, the network offers various communication and exchange formats in online and face-to-face form, which make it possible to follow current developments, accompany innovative processes and make targeted use of opportunities for networking and cooperation.
