The eTeach Network Thuringia offers funding for teachers to promote innovation in learning, teaching and testing. In addition to the funding formats "Cooperative impulse projects" and "Freistunde", there is further support and guidance from our contact points. Get in touch with us!
We also bundle initiatives and calls for proposals that may be of interest to teachers. We draw attention to application opportunities and offer opportunities for exchange in various Event formats.
Impulse projects
Do you have an idea for an innovative curriculum? Would you like to introduce a new teaching/learning concept? Or promote digital enrichment? The cooperative impulse projects give you the opportunity to implement such a project.
The most important features of the cooperative impulse projects at a glance:
CooperativeLecturers from two Thuringian universities submit a joint application.
AnnuallyApplication is possible every year.
PromotedPersonnel and material resources for a maximum of one year can be acquired.
In the futureProject results become part of a course and enrich teaching in the long term.
Transferred: The project results can be made usable beyond one's own discipline.

Would you benefit from teaching coaching or observation by experts / didacticians? Would it help you if you could reduce your teaching load for a semester in order to gain time for the further development of your courses? With "Freistunde" you have the opportunity to do so.
The most important features of the free period at a glance:
Low-thresholdA teacher at a university in Thuringia submits her own application using a short form.
UniqueThe "Freistunde" funding line is a pilot project of the eTeach network. Applications can be submitted once in 2022.
PromotedFunding in kind amounting to a maximum of €3000 can be raised.
InspiringThe results serve as inspiration for other interested teachers and as examples of good practice for their own developments.
Acquiring skillsThe results support the students' acquisition of skills, and/or the improvement of learning success, and/or the increase of accessibility to the course.
