Feedback in teaching - test
Target direction: An important part of learning processes is feedback from teachers to learners on what they have or have not achieved. This seminar looks at how helpful, encouraging and supportive feedback on learning progress can be given. Participants will reflect on their own and others' conversational practices, deepening their understanding and application of different thinking and communication styles. They receive tools to get feedback and practise giving feedback.

Relation to other courses: The course offering provides an important framework for all eTeach offerings. It is an important reference point for teaching and learning situations in university teaching as well as for strengthening communication and interaction with various discussion partners.
Competence level and prerequisites: Beginners & advanced
Implementation: The course is planned in presence and takes place on site at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. It is possible to switch to the online version. You will be informed and can also express your wishes!
Time required: 8 hours
Lecturer: Sabine Vana-Ströhla is trained in communication psychology at the Schulz von Thun Institute for Communication and is a certified intercultural trainer at the University of Jena. Since 2010 she has been working as an honorary lecturer and consultant for companies, universities, colleges, ministries and organizations as well as a lecturer at the TU Ilmenau and HS Mittweida.
