It is based on the \"classic\" Constructive Alignment method, but systematically<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>per learning unit (referred to as event),<\/li>\n<li>per individual learning objective<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>around. This should lead to a high level of transparency with regard to the examination requirements and enable targeted examination preparation. Each learning objective of the course is assigned the events that serve to achieve this learning objective.<\/p>\n<p>This assignment is available to students in two formats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A tabular overview is available in a pdf document.<\/li>\n<li>In addition, there is a questionnaire in Moodle where the self-assessment of the status of achievement can be saved for each learning objective. In this format in particular, students can use the EPL as a constant feedback tool on their learning progress, which can have a positive effect on their learning outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The operationalised formulation of the learning objectives is essential in order to be able to directly derive possible examination tasks.<br \/>\nTo describe the various events used in the EPL:<\/p>\n<p>In the specific example, both face-to-face and self-study events are included. However, the inclusion of self-study is generally not necessary in order to create an EPL. In the module mentioned here, the content is mainly taught in lectures (V). Activating elements such as short programming exercises and clicker questions are included. The content is deepened and expanded in self-study, initially in the form of follow-up tasks (VNb) for the lecture, which are available in the Moodle learning management system and are analysed automatically.<\/p>\n<p>The focus on practical programming is placed in practical courses and exercises, the tasks are located on exercise series. These consist of preparatory tasks (\u00dcVb), which are completed in self-study, and attendance tasks (\u00dcPr).<br \/>\nThis results in the designations V, VNb, \u00dcVb and \u00dcPr for the events of the module. Finally, tasks in the examination (here: written examination) are formulated on the basis of the learning objectives from the
